Ann Carlson is originally from Rosevile, Minnesota. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with emphasis in students with Mild to Severe Cognitive Disabilities and Work Experience for the Handicapped. She has worked with middle and high school students with disabilities both as a teacher and a work experience coordinator in the Cannon Falls and Grand Rapids areas. Ann began working at the Grand Rapids High School in 1993. She has always had a special interest in the aresa of transition from high school to adult life for student with disabilities. Ann has helped to develop the current Transition Program offered to the DCD students in the high school. She has 20 years of experience working with students with disabilities and transition.

Micheal Lonergan is orignally from International Falls. Go Broncos, except when they play the Thunderhawks. He graduated from Augsburg College with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. He received his Special Education Licensure at St. Cloud State University. He is a teacher in the Transition Program and the Work Experience Coordinator. He has lived in Grand Rapids since 1995.

Jamie Riendeau is originally from Goodridge, Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education in 2001 from the University of North Dakota and her Master of Science in Special Education in 2006 from the University of North Dakota. She worked as a Special Education teacher in Grand Forks, North Dakota and Park Rapids, MN with middle and elementary students with various disabilities. She joined the Grand Rapids High School transition team in 2008.
